I joined here because I have a hedgie and I love him and all other hedgies! My little guys name is wedgie, he is albino and will be 1 year old on May 21. I just returned from the pet store and the woman working there had 3 hedgies and spoke of feeding them vitamins and pinkie mice and superworms along with cat food and regular meal worms. I tried the superworms and she loved them, are they fine to feed her? and what about the pinkie mice? i'm a little scared of this one...

What are people's opinions on feeding hedgies raw eggs? I've always hardboiled them for Skeeter, but the other day I saw a picture of someone feeding a raw egg to their pig, and I think Skeeter would like it but I'm afraid of bacteria.
